BEAUFORT, NC (January 18, 2021) – Today, Parker Boats announced it will be sponsoring “Journey for a
Cause”, where Grace College student Eddie Gill II will highlight inclusion and fishing through a 10-day
boating trip.

Gill will make the journey from the Ohio River in Indiana to the Gulf of Mexico in a Parker 2520 XLD

fishing communities after he realized many are not involved. Eddie wants to help the industry expand
with those who enjoy being on the water.

Eddie Gill stated, "I am thrilled to partner with Parker Boats on Journey for a Cause. I am incredibly
grateful for their sponsorship and have the greatest respect and admiration for their commitment to
promoting diversity and inclusion in the boating industry and outdoor sports. It will be an honor to take
this journey on a Parker Boat and I’m looking forward to a great adventure!”

Scott Bauer President of Parker Boats stated, “We are inspired by Eddie’s passion and desire to
encourage others to experience fishing and boating. Parker Boats is proud to be his ride of choice for
this honorable cause as he embarks on a Journey for a Cause.”

Bauer added, “Parker Boats is experiencing significant growth and we are happy to use our platform to
support worthy causes both in our industry and local community. We are working hard at Making Life
Better.”

The 2520 XLD sport cabin allows protection from the sun, rain, heat and cold. The standard opening
windows, lockable cabin door, upholstered seating combined with nimble handling sets the cabin
models apart. The superior fabrication blended with optional features such as Garmin electronics,

10,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING

BEAUFORT, NC – (January 8, 2020) – Parker Boats and Correct Craft held a groundbreaking ceremony today, announcing future plans for the Beaufort, North Carolina-based boat manufacturer to expand its facility and improve its operations. The new, 10,000 sq. ft. facility will include an area for the gelcoat and mold maintenance processes and will generate 25-30 new jobs in the Eastern NC area.

Linwood Parker, Founder & CEO of Parker Boats, stated, “During the groundbreaking ceremony today, we took a moment to honor our heritage as Parker Boats and the decades our family and team has dedicated to building vessels that embody strength, simplicity, and seaworthiness – but today was mostly about celebrating our future.” Parker continued, “In April, we announced Parker’s strategic partnership with Correct Craft, another marine company known for their legacy and commitment to quality. Our association with Correct Craft provides opportunities to improve our manufacturing processes and offer Parker customers new boat options and models, while still offering them what Parker is known for – boats built with integrity and pride. This new facility is the first step in these process improvements. We look forward to seeing what it brings to our customers, suppliers, and dealers in the future.”
